Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading complex software programs in TPM/EPM or similar roles.
- Proficient with program execution and delivery tooling for planning, dependency management, status reporting, and stakeholder visibility.
Responsibilities
- Enable product outcomes by translating strategy and OKRs into execution plans with measurable value.
- Lead cross-team initiatives spanning product, infrastructure, and platform capabilities.
- Drive clarity and flow by linking business intent to execution signals using metrics.
- Harness AI-driven analytics to surface risks and improve velocity.
- Coach teams on healthy operating rhythms and data-driven practices.
- Bridge strategy to execution among senior leaders, surfacing trade-offs and accountability.
