Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a Technical Program Manager within Technical Services to manage project scheduling, capacity planning, delivery governance, and go-live readiness for Data Migration initiatives. You will collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Customer Success, and technical teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver on schedule while balancing capacity and business objectives.

Qualifications

Experience managing project schedules and stakeholder communications.
Strong capacity planning and metrics experience.
Familiar with Data Migration methodologies and ETL concepts.
Experience with SaaS and healthcare technology environments.
Experience using Jira, Kimble, Smartsheet, Confluence.
Experience leveraging Generative AI and AI copilots.
Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements and data migration delivery processes.
Serve as the primary interface between sales, PMs, and delivery teams for intake and scheduling.
Manage project demand, resource forecasting, and capacity planning.
Coordinate data migration go-live readiness with PMs and delivery teams.
Monitor project portfolios, identify risks, and drive mitigation activities.
Maintain project requests, schedules, dashboards, metrics, and docs.
Lead post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage multiple priorities while aligning to commitments.
Identify and support AI-powered tools and automation solutions.
