Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical programs end to end across multiple teams.
• Experience coordinating complex partner-facing programs with clear governance.
• Deep understanding of cloud architectures, AI/ML deployment, and model serving.
• Direct experience with major cloud or AI platforms and integrations.
• Familiarity with how foundation models are deployed through partners or marketplaces.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with rapid execution and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution for cloud-partner programs, including deployment and integration.
• Own integrated technical roadmaps across OpenAI and partner teams with milestones and risks.
• Manage launch readiness, blockers, reviews, and post-launch follow-through.
• Serve as the primary technical interface to partner engineering organizations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure well-scoped, sequenced deliverables.
• Provide transparent reporting on status, risks, and decisions for senior leaders.
• Convert open issues into prioritized, owner-assigned plans with clear closures.
• Help build repeatable pipelines for OpenAI models on partner platforms.
