Job summary

The Marvin Group, a leading defense contractor based in Southern California near LAX, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to manage development programs for pneumatic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical systems. You will oversee cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, and QA, and support proposals and program planning in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of development project management experience, a BSME/BAE, and strong MS Project proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing development projects in aerospace/defense.
• BSME/BAE or equivalent in engineering required; design experience in development environment preferred.
• Strong ability to generate and track program schedules using MS Project and to write technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between design engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and customer program management.
• Create and maintain AS9100 program plans and compliance evidence for R&D.
• Lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments and prepare technical and cost inputs for proposals.
