Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a Tester Technical Program Manager to lead global deployment and management of datacenter tester platforms. The role requires coordinating with local and overseas validation teams to transition new platforms and drive KPI improvements across contract manufacturers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical program management for datacenter systems manufacturing/testing, strong debugging and global communication skills, and a BS in EE/CE/CS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management and datacenter systems manufacturing/testing.
• Solid experience collaborating with Asia-based manufacturing vendors.
• B.S. in EE, CE, or CS; strong debugging, problem-solving, and global communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy & Manage: Lead the global deployment, hardware/firmware management, and uptime of next-generation datacenter tester platforms across internal labs and global contract manufacturers (CMs).
• Lead Teams: Direct local and overseas validation teams to successfully transition new platforms.
• Drive Results: Manage tester KPIs at CM sites and regularly present status reports and optimization strategies to senior management.
