Job summary

Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is seeking a Bindery Cutter operator in Morrisville, NC. The role is full-time with onsite night shifts 7pm–7am on a 2-2-3-2 rotation.

You will set up, run, and monitor cutter equipment, review production tickets, and ensure quality. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of manufacturing experience, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• One year of manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment is a plus.
• Read and follow production specifications and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Bindery Cutter equipment according to production specifications and work instructions.
• Review job tickets and production requirements to ensure accurate machine setup and output.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed during production runs.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and communicate maintenance needs to leadership.
• Complete production logs, tracking documents, and other required records.
• Prepare finished products for the next stage of production.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Support production goals through teamwork and efficient machine operation.
