Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Palo Alto to lead new product development programs and drive engineering projects from concept through delivery.

You will coordinate Agile/hybrid engineering delivery, own technical execution, oversee mechanical design and CAD detailing, and apply design verification and validation processes while anticipating risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing NPD programs in global delivery mode.
• Strong engineering project planning and execution skills.
• Exposure to Agile / hybrid engineering delivery models.
• Own technical delivery, quality and timeline adherence.
• Develop and track engineering plans, milestones and deliverables.

• Knowledge of Design verification & validation process.
