Position Summary: The Technical Program Manager (TPM) is responsible for leading complex, cross‑functional programs that connect engineering execution to asset readiness and business outcomes. In VoltaGrid's environment, TPMs operate at the intersection of engineering, projects, construction, procurement, IT, operations, vendors, asset management and leadership to ensure technical work is planned, visible, governed, and delivered with clear accountability.
The TPM creates the operating system for execution, charters the program, aligns stakeholders, maintains an integrated plan, drives reporting, manages risks and dependencies, tracks decisions, and coordinates readiness from design through deployment and handoff. The TPM does not replace the engineering manager, discipline lead, project manager, construction lead, or buyer; rather, the TPM integrates their work so high‑value programs move on time with less ambiguity and fewer surprises.
