Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex electronics manufacturing programs from quote through production and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who understands the pace and precision of electronics contract manufacturing and can confidently manage multiple programs at once.

The right candidate has a strong background in electronics and program management, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and brings deep attention to detail. Experience in Mil-Aero and/or Medical sectors is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from initial quote through full production.
  • Work within cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and finance.
  • Manage program timelines, deliverables, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Drive new product introductions (NPI) from prototype to production.
  • Coordinate and review customer requirements, drawings, and specifications to ensure full compliance.
  • Monitor program performance, including cost, schedule, stranded materials, and quality metrics.
  • Conduct regular customer reviews and internal status meetings.
  • Manage engineering changes, configuration control, and documentation updates.
  • Support quoting and pricing activities, including cost modeling and margin analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, including AS9100 and ISO 13485 when required.
  • Utilize ERP systems to track orders, materials, production status, and financial performance.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent impact to delivery or quality.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of Program Management experience in electronics contract manufacturing.
  • Strong technical understanding of electronic assemblies, PCBAs, and system-level builds.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Experience working within an ERP system
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and able to operate with urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Mil-Aero and/or Medical customers.
  • Working knowledge of AS9100 and/or ISO 13485 quality system requirements.
  • Experience in quoting, cost estimation, and pricing strategy.
