• Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Management of cross-functional or cross-team projects; Risk monitoring and mitigation planning; Assessment of engineering problems and defect analysis; Creation of technical roadmaps or white papers; and Application of Agile or Waterfall methodologies for project planning and Development of governance plans or project trackers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $198,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, maintaining trackers and status reports while proactively addressing dependencies and risks.
• Monitor key metrics and program phasing to identify deviations, drive continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners by leading effective meetings and designing targeted communication strategies.
• Execute change management requirements by creating rollout plans, analyzing impact, and resolving alignment issues. Establish governance structures to triage technical issues, manage escalations, and resolve tooling or process roadblocks.
