Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in TPM-related roles.
  • Experience with stakeholder management for cross-functional technical programs using Jira and LucidChart; BI tools for status reporting; data analytics using SQL, Python and Pandas; AI/ML; hyperscaler infrastructure; and program planning with Agile/Waterfall/PMP.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define program goals, prioritize deliverables, and build trusted relationships for effective decision making.
  • Define project scope and author program charters with detailed plans covering phases, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, monitor metrics, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Design and execute targeted communication plans for various stakeholders, providing transparency into pivots and progress.
  • Develop and manage change management rollout plans, monitor progress, resolve misalignments with partners, and triage escalations related to tooling and processes.

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Organizational Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Program Manager-related occupation.
  • Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Stakeholder management for cross-functional technical programs utilizing RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed), Jira and LucidChart; Utilizing business intelligence tools for communications management, including status reporting to technical and non-technical stakeholders; Data analytics, creating dashboards and generating insights using SQL, Python and Pandas; AI/ML, Hyperscaler Infrastructure; and Program planning for network infrastructure projects using Agile, Waterfall, PMP (Project Management Profession)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $198,000 + 15.00% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google New York, NY office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope and independently author program charters, creating detailed project plans that outline phases, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards, monitoring key program metrics to identify deviations and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Design and execute targeted communication plans for various stakeholders, representing the program team and providing transparency into program pivots and progress.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive change management rollout plans, analyzing impact, monitoring progress, and resolving misalignments with key partners. Manage program escalations and independently triage technical issues, assessing their impact and resolving requests related to tooling and operational processes.
