Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives from ideation to execution in Austin, TX. You will partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and manage multiple workstreams across enterprise applications and systems.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and ownership, with extensive Agile practices and Jira-driven tracking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program/project management in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban).
• 3+ years hands-on Jira experience for tracking and reporting.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects from requirements to execution.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects/workstreams.
• Experience with enterprise systems (Okta, Workato, Snowflake, Salesforce or NetSuite).
• Experience in large, enterprise-level organizations with complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple parallel projects and workstreams
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate vague project ideas into defined scopes and execution plans
• Build project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, business, and operations
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Track progress using Jira and ensure transparency through regular status updates
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Align enterprise tools and systems (e.g., Okta, Salesforce, Snowflake, NetSuite) within project deliverables
