Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional technical programs of inter-related projects.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design, coordinate, and launch new capabilities.
• Coordinate launch planning to synchronize program milestones across workflows.
• Develop and execute scalable cross-organization processes, metrics, and KPIs.
• Influence long-term and short-term product and technical strategy.
• Assess risks, develop risk mitigation plans, anticipate bottlenecks, manage issue escalation, and balance business with technical considerations.
