Job summary

eBay is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end programs across Global Technology. You will partner with Corporate Services, Information Security, Product Development & Engineering, and Quality Engineering to plan and execute cross-functional initiatives.

You will lead programs from concept through development, testing, and delivery, aligning priorities, dependencies, and roadblocks. Strong communication with senior leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management across the product lifecycle.
• Ability to independently identify dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
• Align on requirements, assess scope, dependencies, and risks with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain program artifacts: plans, tracking, updates for visibility and accountability.
• Support roadmap planning and estimation with teams on effort, sequencing and impacts.
• Lead decision-making and remove roadblocks to keep work on track and deliver results.
