Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of total progressive experience including 6+ years of software development and 6+ years hands‑on experience managing complex technology programs with engineering teams.
• Established track record in managing large customer‑facing, cross‑functional program initiatives.
• Experience leading engineering teams in product driven companies.
• Proven ability to develop technical roadmaps with focus on execution and results.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross‑functional technical programs consisting of inter‑related projects.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design, coordinate, and launch new capabilities.
• Coordinate launch planning across teams to synchronize milestones into a unified timeline.
• Develop and execute scalable cross‑organization processes, metrics, and KPIs for large‑scale programs.
• Influence long‑term and short‑term product and technical strategy.
• Assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Manage the intake queue by prioritizing and triaging requests to meet objectives.
