Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC is seeking a Winter 2027 Technical Program Management Co-op. This paid, in-person internship involves owning projects from start to finish, coordinating with customers and engineering teams, and planning sprints and milestones.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations and contracting to deliver hardware and software solutions for national security challenges while developing leadership and program management

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related engineering field.
Must be returning to school after the internship to continue studies for at least one quarter or semester.
U.S. Person status required; U.S. export-controlled facilities access may apply.
Ability to complete an in-person 16 to 24-week internship in DC area during Winter 2027.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from start to finish with customers and engineering teams.
Engage with customers to understand mission challenges and shape product development.
Coordinate with internal teams to align on plans, milestones, and sprint execution.
Develop the path to success and communicate it with partners and customers.
Grow business through customer success and align on opportunities for future work.
