Job summary

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Analyst to support NAVSEA, with a hybrid onsite role in Arlington, VA.

The role focuses on schedule and financial tracking, RFP support, and risk management, delivering briefing materials for senior leaders. Ideal candidates have a DoD Secret Clearance, a NAVAL Architecture/Engineering background, PM skills and hands-on experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture or Naval Engineering.
• 5+ years of ship production/shipyard experience through all design phases.
• 5+ years in data-driven presentations for senior leaders.
• 4+ years of RFP development support.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track and report schedule execution and financial performance.
• Support development of RFP documentation and project risk mitigation.
• Create briefings and documents for senior officers and NAVSEA civilians.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery to the APM.
