Job summary

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Technical Program Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer in a hybrid role, onsite in Arlington, VA three days per week.

You will assist the Assistant Program Manager with schedule execution, financial tracking against benchmarks, and development of RFP documentation. The ideal candidate has a naval engineering background, 5+ years in ship production or government programs, and strong skills in MS Project, Power BI, and presenting data to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or Naval Engineering.
• 5+ years of ship production/shipyard experience across all design, construction, delivery and acceptance.
• 5+ years of data-driven presentations informing senior leaders on schedule, cost and risk.
• 5+ years supporting government clients in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
• 4+ years of experience supporting RFP development.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition guidance including SOWs, CDRLs, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the APM with tracking and reporting on schedule execution and financial benchmarks.
• Assist in development of RFP documentation and risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop briefings and project documents for senior officers and NAVSEA civilians.
• Ensure high-level product delivery to the APM.
