Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidate must meet one of the six criteria listed below.
• Prior supervisor or team lead experience within First Solar is preferred.
• Experience in production supervision in manufacturing settings is valuable.
• First Solar experience plus supervisory tenure is a plus.
• A mix of supervisory leadership and manufacturing exposure is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily production of PV modules in defined area.
• Ensures quality standards and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate on-the-job training for manufacturing associates.
• Identify training opportunities to build a capable team.
• Maintain records in internal systems and use manufacturing software.
• Aim to exceed customer expectations and support safety programs.
