Responsibilities

• Supervises daily PV module production in designated area to meet quality standards and cost targets.
• Coordinates on-the-job training for manufacturing associates.
• Maintains associate records and uses manufacturing software for tracking.
• Monitors cycle times, reduces downtime, and drives continuous improvement.
• Interacts with other departments to meet customer expectations.
