Job summary

Igloo Products Corp. in Texas is seeking a Supervisor - Technical Production to lead the technical production teams in a fast-paced molding environment.

You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time output while coaching operators and coordinating changeovers. This role requires at least 3 years of supervision in assembly, strong technical molding knowledge, and the ability to navigate Oracle and OBIEE for inventory and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum 3 years of production supervision experience in assembly.
• Strong technical skills in molding, mold change, and material blending.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate technical production teams.
• Ensure safety and quality requirements are met and incidents reported.
• Audit start of shift and during day for Lock Out/Tag Out and logs.
• Manage molding changeovers and material usage.
• Conduct safety monthly trainings and cross-training programs.
• Maintain payroll data and accurate timekeeping.
• Navigate Oracle and OBIEE reports for inventories/scheduling.
• Support manager and drive production efficiency.
