Igloo Products Corp is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a high-speed manufacturing shift, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role involves planning line assignments, supervising staff, and coordinating equipment and materials to meet daily goals.

The candidate will monitor quality, perform random checks, and collaborate with the management team to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies in a demanding production environment.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Able to operate MS Office and basic data tools.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate production shift activities and safety initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing operation.
• Review and sign DJRs for assemblies and changes over at shift start.
• Maintain safe working practices and report accidents, hazards, near misses and property damage.
• Develop and execute a cross-training program for position rotation.
• Keep payroll data updated and ensure timely timecard approvals.
• Navigate Oracle and OBIEE to verify WIP inventories and scheduling.
