Job summary

Igloo Products Corp is seeking a Technical Superintendent - Manufacturing in Texas to oversee production departments and drive efficiency. You will supervise supervisors, coordinate with maintenance and materials, and lead lean improvements to hit safety, quality, and schedule targets.

The role requires five years of production leadership in plastics or molding environments, strong analytical skills, and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum five (5) years of production experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory or technical lead experience.
• Experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Experience leading Blow Molding operations and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Technical Supervisor, including performance reviews.
• Provide leadership to achieve safety, quality, and schedule goals.
• Develop and drive SOPs throughout the department.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Tool & Die, and Materials teams.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives.
• Support equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare status reports and communicate with management.
