- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure in fast-paced, live production environments.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and a proactive mindset in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Solutions-oriented thinker with a commitment to continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Professional, client-focused, and reliable under live event and hybrid production conditions.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with streaming protocols (RTMP, SRT, HLS) and remote/hybrid event platforms.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends during live events.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead corporate broadcasts, video productions, and live/hybrid events from both technical and creative perspectives.
- Experience designing, troubleshooting, and repairing AV and broadcast systems across studio and field environments.
