We are seeking a Product Designer to join our Design Systems (Figma Pattern Library) team, dedicated to building and evolving shared patterns and components across Figma's expanding suite of products. This role will focus on creating a consistent and approachable experience for Figma's users, regardless of the product they are using. As Figma continues to grow, a cohesive design system that spans multiple products is critical. We are looking for a designer with experience in multi-product environments who can collaborate across teams to develop, refine, and implement scalable design systems.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub, this role has an annual base salary range of $164,000 — $288,000 USD. Compensation will be based on qualifications, skills, experience, impact potential, and location. For remote roles, the pay range is localized to your work location, between 80% and 100% of the range. Please discuss your location with your recruiter.
