Qualifications

2 years warranty administration experience or equivalent.
Prior experience in Service, Installation, Engineering, or manufacturing preferred.
Ability to travel overnight up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process customer/representative issues and communicate trends.
Authorize Purchase Orders for customer service and warranty claims.
