Qualifications

• Ability to travel overnight up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Process customer issues and technical training.
• Authorize purchase orders for customer service.
• Develop owner's manuals and technical bulletins.
• Implement service training on divisional products.
• Assist with new product rollouts and training.
