Qualifications

• Associate's degree combined with two years of warranty administration experience required.
• Prior experience in a Service, Installation, Engineering, or manufacturing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer issues related to product use and provide technical training.
• Authorize Purchase Orders for customer service and warranty claims.
• Authorize claims and work with representatives on resolutions.
• Develop owner's manuals and technical bulletins.
• Plan and implement service training for the divisional product line.
• Assist with new product technical rollouts as needed.
• Resolve shipping problems regarding shipments.
• Act as a resource for engineering and product development.
