Qualifications

• 2 years warranty administration experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience within Rite-Hite in Service, Installation, Engineering or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to representatives, technicians and customers.
• Process customer issues and training requests.
• Communicate trends and issues to other departments.
• Authorize Purchase Orders for customer service and warranty claims.
• Develop owner's manuals and technical bulletins.
• Coordinate service training on the divisional product line.
