Next Meters is seeking a knowledgeable Technical Product Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customer and field technician questions about Next Meters products or software. This role focuses on analyzing complex technical challenges to uncover underlying problems and deliver clear, effective solutions, with issues tracked and documented to ensure resolution.

The specialist will use available tools to support customers and promote excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous technical experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and in-the-field technicians with questions about Next Meters products or software.
• Analyze complex technical challenges to uncover underlying problems and deliver solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot software and electronics issues.
• Explain problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users.
