Job summary

Kurt J Lesker Company is seeking a Technical Product Specialist to support customers and the sales team with technical guidance and multi-product solutions.

You will develop expert knowledge of product lines, provide direct technical support to customers and suppliers, and collaborate with Product Managers on quality, development, and ERP data. Join a global leader in vacuum technology with a safety- and ethics-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned product lines and their applications.
• Provide technical support to the sales team and engage with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on quality issues, product development, marketing content, and ERP data.
• Train and motivate the sales force on product features, benefits, and applications.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
• Identify new applications and market opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
