Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of software development, systems engineering, product ownership, or technical project coordination.
• Experience with Agile product development and planning tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Understanding of requirements engineering, systems engineering, and product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the development backlog for protection components.
• Translate requirements into actionable development items for engineering teams.
• Align product strategy, software architecture, implementation, and verification activities.
• Coordinate development across software engineers, architects, test engineers, and protection experts.
• Drive technical discussions, monitor progress, and identify risks early to deliver high-quality solutions.
