Job summary
SONIFI Solutions, Inc. seeks a technically oriented Product Owner to translate customer needs into backlog items for managed WiFi and network services.
You'll partner with engineering to deliver SaaS and infrastructure-focused products, owning backlog prioritization and acceptance criteria. You will work with cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA, Support, Sales, and Product Management to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and measurable customer value, while supporting launches
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in Product Management or closely related technical discipline.
- 3+ years supporting networking, managed services, SaaS, cloud networking, or infrastructure-focused products.
- Experience owning and prioritizing product backlogs, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, gathering customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog by translating strategy and customer needs into defined features and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, customer support, sales, and product management to align backlog with strategy and deliver customer value.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, product demonstrations and Agile activities for the software lifecycle.
