You'll own the day-to-day execution of the product roadmap, collaborate with Engineering, QA, Customer Support, Sales, and Product Management, and ensure solutions provide measurable value for SONIFI customers. This role supports Managed WiFi and Network Services, with a strong emphasis on

• Experience owning and prioritizing product backlogs with detailed user stories.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Experience partnering with software engineering teams through Agile SDLC.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned with strategy and roadmap.
• Gather requirements and deliver networking and managed service solutions.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product demos.
• Define detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor performance, feedback, and usage trends to refine priorities.
• Develop product documentation, release communications, and training materials.
• Build deep expertise in Managed WiFi and Network Services platform.
