Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Owner for the Anasco, Puerto Rico site to maximize throughput and drive business value through Make product capabilities. You will bridge manufacturing needs with technology strategies, guiding roadmap, priorities, and value realization across the site squad.

You will partner with manufacturing leaders, energize the backlog, and ensure secure, compliant environments while coaching other team members and ensuring performance metrics are met.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required. A master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or Manufacturing Operations is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of major IT product design and support in Supply Chain / Manufacturing operations product ownership.
• Experience supporting SAP applications and MES platforms is preferred.
• Fluent in English (written / spoken) - bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate release of product/platform to the site ensuring reliable, compliant, and secure environment.
• Act as primary JJT SME during internal and external audits and governance reviews.
• Partner with site Leadership Teams on prioritization of investments and ensure new capabilities are embedded in budgets.
• Collaborate across Product/Platform groups to ensure dependencies and prioritization are clear.
• Maintain site reliability performance and drive continuous improvement across squads.
