Job summary
Concentrix is seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) based in the United States (Washington preferred) or Texas (onsite). You will translate business goals into a concrete technical roadmap, own the backlog, and work closely with engineering, architecture, and DevOps to deliver scalable, secure product capabilities.
Strong SaaS/software engineering knowledge and Agile experience are essential. The role requires onsite work and may involve CI/CD practices.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Program Manager.
- Strong understanding of software engineering concepts including APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and data flows.
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
- Proficiency with backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and deliver technical product capabilities.
- Own the product backlog, drive the roadmap and release planning.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, DevOps, and business partners.
- Translate objectives into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance and ensure security, compliance, and reliability.
