A leading financial services domain is seeking a seasoned Technical Product Owner to lead key initiatives across domain services. You will work across the full product lifecycle—breaking down epics, managing backlogs, collaborating with developers, and ensuring high-value feature delivery at a regular cadence. This is a strategic role for a delivery-minded product professional who thrives at the intersection of business goals and technical execution.
Must-Have Skills
- 10 - 15 + years in a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager role
- Hands-on experience managing product backlogs and user stories
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Solid understanding of APIs, middleware, or enterprise software development
- Proven track record of successful product/feature delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Ability to prioritize by business value and ROI
- Excellent collaboration with development, QA, and UX teams
- Banking or financial services experience
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile frameworks
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent
- Experience with product roadmaps, release planning, and stakeholder presentations
- Exposure to DevOps workflows and CI/CD concepts
- You’ve never served as a product owner or worked closely with development teams
- You do not have experience in Agile/Scrum product delivery
- You lack exposure to cloud platforms like AWS
- You only have project management or business analyst experience without product ownership
- You are not comfortable working onsite in Cincinnati, OH
