Qualifications

• 5-7 years in product management, technical program management, or solution architecture.
• Experience turning discovery into market adoption, not just backlog management.
• Strong understanding of government program management and user needs.
• Experience leading agile delivery teams with emphasis on delivery and quality.
• Demonstrated commercial instincts, with ability to define value propositions and support business closures.
• Technical fluency to engage in architecture discussions with engineers/stakeholders.
• Familiarity with RMF, ATO, and FedRAMP deployment standards.

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Product Owner to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will own the evolution of a federal-facing technology product from pilot stage to market readiness, with accountability for roadmap definition, success metrics, and delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate will bridge customer needs, technical architecture, and commercial strategy to help shape a scalable solution for government program management. You will work closely with federal stakeholders, engineers, and cross-functional partners to translate workflow challenges into clear product requirements and deployment plans. This position requires strong product instincts, technical fluency, and the ability to influence product direction and business adoption.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $145,000 – $220,000 annually
