Job summary

Blacklynx, a Jacobs company, is seeking a talented Mid-level Software Engineer in Chantilly, VA, to join a dynamic team.

You will work on Go-based services, angular frontend teams, and Kubernetes deployments, while adhering to security best practices in microservices. TS/SCI clearance is required to start this role, with 2–5 years of relevant experience and a BS degree.

Qualifications

• Experience with frontend development utilizing Angular.
• Experience with Kubernetes deployments and management in production.
• Experience with Kubernetes package management utilizing Helm.
• Knowledge of WebAssembly and wasmCloud or similar platforms.
• Configuring and managing Traefik or other API gateways/ingress controllers.
• Familiarity with observability tools.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues.
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS/C2S).
• Knowledge of security best practices in microservices.

Clearance Required

TS/SCI Clearance required to start this role.

Minimum Years Of Experience

BS degree from an accredited school and two (2) to five (5) years' experience.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $150,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
