Job summary

CHG Healthcare seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy and detailed technical specifications for our workflow orchestration platform. You will be embedded with engineering, author specs, define roadmaps, and drive data-backed decisions.

You will collaborate across engineering, design, and product teams, writing prototypes and validating assumptions to accelerate delivery and value realization. A strong blend of customer insight and technical fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management with demonstrated technical depth.
• BS preferred in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and write code.
• Experience with spec-driven development processes and engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage with engineering stakeholders to extend the orchestration platform.
• Author and own detailed technical specifications including data flows and edge cases.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap grounded in research and business objectives.
• Write prototypes and scripts to validate assumptions and accelerate decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering as an embedded team member across reviews and PRs.
• Define product metrics and extract/analyze data to drive prioritization.
• Translate technical complexity into narratives for business stakeholders.
• Break large initiatives into shippable increments with clear specs.
• Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
