CHG Healthcare is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for its workflow orchestration platform. You will author detailed technical specifications, embed within engineering workflows, review pull requests, and write prototypes to validate assumptions.

This role blends customer insight with technical execution for high-impact product decisions. You will partner with engineering, define roadmaps, and measure product success through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand, and write code.
• Experience researching technical platforms from a customer perspective.
• Experience rolling out large-scale workflow orchestration.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise projects.
• Proven track record of delivering and executing product plans.
• Authoring technical specifications and contributing to engineering workflows.
• Strong stakeholder communication and alignment.
• Ability to analyze data to derive insights and drive prioritization.
• Fluency in translating technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with engineering stakeholders to extend the orchestration platform.
• Author and own detailed technical specs including workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap grounded in research and business goals.
• Write prototypes and lightweight automation to validate assumptions.
• Collaborate with engineering as an embedded team member through reviews.
• Define product metrics and analyze data to drive prioritization.
• Translate technical complexity into clear narratives for engineers and leadership.
• Break initiatives into shippable increments with risk management.
• Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to steer direction.
