CHG Healthcare is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution within a spec-driven development environment. You will author detailed technical specifications, work closely with engineering, participate in design reviews, and validate assumptions with prototypes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management with technical depth, experience authoring specs, and familiarity with SaaS APIs, microservices, and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• BS preferred in a relevant field, but relevant professional experience accepted.
• 5+ years in product management with demonstrated technical depth.
• Experience authoring technical specifications, working in codebases, or contributing to engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Author and own detailed technical specifications for product initiatives, including system context, data flows, API contracts, acceptance criteria, and edge case definitions.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap grounded in customer research, market analysis, and business objectives.
• Write prototypes, proof-of-concept scripts, and lightweight automation to validate assumptions.
