Job summary

Motorola Solutions, through its Silvus Technologies subsidiary, seeks a Go-To-Market Product Manager to drive commercial adoption and revenue for EW, sensing, spectrum, and accessories. You will lead pricing, packaging, and market intel while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and sales, with travel up to 50%.

Located at Irvine, CA with hybrid work including Mondays-Wednesdays in Irvine and one day at West LA HQ, reporting to the Director of Product Management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of go-to-market, pricing strategy, business development, or product management in defense/aerospace/wireless industries.
• Experience designing software packaging structures and pricing matrices.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet release dates.

Responsibilities

• Define pricing structures, licensing models, and feature tiers across radio/waveform segments.
• Optimize BOM cost targets and margins with PLMs to improve profitability.
• Enable Sales with assets, win/loss analyses, and training tools.
• Align customers with monetization strategies and establish win/loss tracking.
