Job summary
Silvus Technologies seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive technical requirements, backlog ownership, market adoption, and revenue growth for its spectrum dominance portfolio. You will translate complex defense requirements into software features, firmware builds, and intuitive operator experiences, acting as the technical conduit between R&D and engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
This hybrid Irvine-based role requires up to 25% travel, with onsite days supporting field testing
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
- Strong ability to translate complex requirements into software/firmware specs and user stories.
- Experience influencing cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
- Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
Responsibilities
- Translate DoD mission requirements and signal processing concepts into structured backlogs.
- Own end-to-end software/firmware backlog for spectrum dominance features.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering to align waveforms with MN-MIMO architecture.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with sales, operations, and GTM teams.
