Job summary

Silvus Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive technical requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth for our Integrated Solutions portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will translate complex defense requirements into turnkey system specifications and operator-friendly experiences.

You will own end-to-end performance specs, throughput KPIs, latency budgets, and trade-offs for turnkey configurations such as PRISM, NEXUS,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline.
• Security Clearance: ACTIVE U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• All employment contingent upon successful background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level mission capabilities into granular, software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specs and system-level trade-offs for integrated solutions like PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS.
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams to leverage existing radios into turnkey systems.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated features.
• Oversee lifecycle and release schedules for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS, and future solutions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a highly related technical discipline

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or MBA
