Starbucks seeks a Technical Product Manager to align business and technical goals, define success metrics, and translate needs into epics and user stories for engineering teams. You will collaborate with design and engineering to size work, plan roadmaps, and measure outcomes post-launch to improve product health.

The role emphasizes web/mobile delivery, data-driven prioritization, and strong cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment.
5+ years using analytics/optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritization.
5+ years partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features, including building roadmaps/backlogs and writing/refining user stories.
Supply chain planning experience a must (supply and demand planning).

Responsibilities

Define product value and direction by aligning business and technical objectives, setting clear priorities, and establishing product health/performance metrics and KPIs.
Translate needs into buildable work by writing well-formed epics/user stories, defining acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, resilience, usability, accessibility, security, continuity).
Drive delivery and outcomes through iterative Agile practices, partnering with design and engineering on sizing and planning, removing blockers, facilitating user review/acceptance, and measuring feature success post-launch to improve product health.
