Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager for Spectrum Dominance. You will translate DoD requirements into structured user stories, own the software/firmware backlog, and bridge R&D with engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams. Remote-friendly within the US with up to 25–50% travel.

You will drive LPI/LPD and anti-jamming capabilities into actionable features and ensure seamless integration with MN-MIMO and StreamCaster platforms.

Qualifications

• Translating DoD mission requirements and signal concepts into structured software requirements.
• Translate complex LPI/LPD and anti-jam techniques into product features.
• Own end-to-end software/firmware backlog for spectrum dominance features.

Responsibilities

• Translate abstract DoD requirements and waveform concepts into actionable user stories and specs.
• Own backlog and product requirements for spectrum dominance features across software and firmware.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and GTM to align execution with strategy.
• Lead technical backlog prioritization and ensure timely releases via Jira.
