Job summary

Silvus is seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to drive technical requirements, backlog ownership, market adoption, and revenue growth of our Spectrum Dominance product portfolio. This role reports to the Director of Product Management on the Product team and acts as the technical conduit between our R&D and engineering, operations, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• Translating abstract DoD mission requirements, mathematical concepts, or military use cases into clear software requirements.
• Strong knowledge of signal processing, wireless and RF systems for product definition.
• Experience translating complex algorithms into structured user stories and actionable specs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end software and firmware backlog and backlog definitions for spectrum dominance features.
• Translate complex LPI/LPD and anti-jamming techniques into feature sets and operator experiences.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure seamless waveform integration with MN-MIMO architecture and StreamCaster hardware.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences using Jira.
• Capture field feedback and trials to continuously evolve backlog items.
• Define and monitor product adoption and revenue growth initiatives.
