Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Director, Spectrum Dominance to lead the RF systems, software, and algorithms portfolio. Drive the technical vision for electromagnetic warfare and sensing, with a focus on turning research into deployable capabilities for the warfighter.

The role requires deep expertise in RF engineering, SDR, DSP, and multi-disciplinary leadership across hardware, software, and FPGA, guiding programs from concept to productization within a government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• US citizenship and eligibility to obtain/maintain a US Government clearance.
• Deep RF systems experience across front-ends and digital subsystems.
• Extensive SDR design and development experience with transceiver architectures and FPGA/SoC platforms.
• Strong DSP and RF Machine Learning algorithm development experience.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary engineering teams through full R&D lifecycle.
• Experience in spectrum dominance domains: SIGINT, EW, or Radar.
• Proposal development experience for complex government solicitations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for Voyager's Spectrum Dominance portfolio.
• Lead execution of complex, high-stakes R&D programs and ensure timely delivery.
• Architect end-to-end RF systems bridging DSP, SDR, and mission software.
• Guide technologies from TRL 3-6 into robust, productized solutions with business teams.
• Build and mentor a world-class engineering team and foster technical rigor.
• Collaborate with business development and capture teams to win government contracts.
