Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific, IT, or engineering field.
- 7+ years in Product Management, Scientific Informatics, or related delivery roles.
- Experience partnering with scientific and technology stakeholders to define priorities and solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and technology roadmaps for molecular screening, profiling, and inventory.
- Lead delivery of technology initiatives with software, data, and vendor teams.
- Translate scientific needs into actionable technology plans and priorities.
- Monitor product performance and drive adoption across stakeholders.
